What I need to do to qualify?

First time buyer need to learn:If you have bad credit is no any program to help you, you need to fix your credit first or buy a home financed by the owner (in this last case you need a minimum 10% for the down).Some banks are offering programs with low credit scores like 500 points, but the requirements are very strict and most of the people don’t go to be approved.
What you can do to get approved?

 First is fix you credit, you need to reach at least 600 points in your credit, to learn about you credit you need to get your credit report from the credit agency ……. When you have your report, you need to read the section (usually the first part of the report) that read “Accounts affecting your credit”  where you to find all the credit card you pay late or never pay, car loans you pay late, evictions, and all the bad accounts you have. You need to learn how to fix you credit, if you credit is below the 560 points maybe can take many years to be fixed, but if you are at least 560 with the help of our loan officer you can rice your credit to get your loan. ·         Try to keep you credit at 10% of the limit

·         Pay on time

·         Never go over the limit
